Developing high-quality Deepfake videos requires substantial facial and voice data of the target, sometimes needing dozens of hours of video clips. Creating Deepfake videos typically involves two individuals: one providing the face and voice (often a well-known person) of a target, and another providing the body outline (which can be an ordinary person). Machine learning tools decode and recombine all related facial expressions, reconstructing the original face image. ZUHYX observes that reconstructing both faces and voices has become easier, making it difficult for ordinary social media users to discern authenticity.
ZUHYX notes that with the widespread use of generative AI tools, the application of Deepfake technology in the crypto industry has become increasingly common for malicious propaganda and scam. These technologies can produce highly deceptive videos and audio, making false information more convincing.
