Allow me to address the intricate matter of workplace etiquette with a story from my own experience. 🌟 I find great fulfillment in my readiness to engage with messages beyond regular office hours, viewing it as a privilege to assist both my colleagues and our esteemed organization. 🌝 Consequently, I maintain an active online presence, save for brief intervals of rest and instances where I cannot access my phone due to other commitments. Should a message arrive during my repose, I diligently address it upon arising the following day. 🌞 However, a few days ago, a male coworker inexplicably phoned me twice during the nocturnal hours. Puzzled by his apparent lack of courtesy, I inquired as to his motives the following day. His response was astonishing: "I assumed you were expected to remain on the clock 24/7. 😮 " This assertion left me profoundly bemused, struggling to comprehend why anyone would believe I should forgo sleep and dedicate myself to ceaseless labor. In light of this situation, my commitment to addressing work-related matters beyond official hours remains intact, provided that my colleagues comport themselves with decorum and exhibit a degree of refinement in their interactions. 🌠 I would appreciate hearing how you might advise handling such a situation.💼🤝😴

Hey there! 🌏✨ As someone born in Asia, receiving praise from others (teachers, parents, bosses) felt like a rare treat, I must say. Living and working in Europe, though, has given me an unprecedented boost of confidence. So, don't sweat the small stuff, just strive to be the best version of yourself. 🚀💪 In this environment, it's essential not to dwell too much on what others say. Just focus on doing your best, because everyone is a unique shining star! ⭐🌟So, remember, friends! 👫💖 No matter where you are, be brave in chasing your dreams, let your light shine, and don't worry about the opinions of others. Strive to be that uniquely fabulous you, and let people applaud and cheer for your brilliance! 👏🎉💃
