BrokersView, the leading brokers information portal, has launched BV Q&A to enhance user experience as part of its ongoing evolution. The new section is now available to anyone browsing the website.

The recent launch enables investors to ask questions about brokers and get answers from the BrokersView team. Visitors can also leave a comment or put questions to other traders under the existing questions on the Q&A page.

In addition, by searching a certain broker on the "Brokers" section and checking the general information, traders will find the Q&A records of the broker (if any) presented underneath.

The BV Q&A is designed to be a free, helpful, and shared platform that addresses queries related to brokers, providing investors with an alternative to traditional go-to source of information about brokers that can take several business days to answer their questions.

The financial regulation license is directly connected with a broker's credible rating as well as traders' money safety," BrokersView noted in its announcement. The BV Q&A allows free checking on brokers' licenses. Traders can submit questions on the Q&A page and will receive a notice in the Message Center of their BV account after their questions get answered, which usually takes no more than 24 hours. If it is on the weekend or during a holiday, the answers will be offered on the next working day.
