EXIT STRATEGY

There are many market exit strategies from sellers who don't have them because they only focus on how to place entry positions, even sometimes forgetting to leave the market when they lose money, actually this is the basis for trading plans to enter the market, why because in essence it is what minimizes risk which we have.

Execution out of the market is also important than entering the market, because if we go wrong with the strategy when exiting the market, it can be useless. because closing positions with the right market exit strategy can reduce greater risk, to maintain our profits or reduce the risk of greater losses.

so when we have to close the transaction is :

1. Exit the market when experiencing a loss. (STOP LOSS , CUT LOSS )

sometimes the market is not always what we want, that the market can be the opposite of the position we take. The mistake that often has is the expectation that the price may reverse again like the direction of the entry position, it is too risky if in a strong trend, placing a "stop loss" is not a big mistake if we don't want to lose. exit the market when losses can be made with pre-planned limits. because the stop loss is the price for the wrong done that must be paid.

2. Exit the market when you are profitable (TAKE PROFIT)

many traders determine when to take profit using indicators or price sentiment, from here it can be determined when to leave the market when it is profitable, because here we can maximize the profits to be taken and in accordance with existing market conditions.

Note: this is an assumption based on what I know and my trading experience is not a recommendation because every trader's strategy is different.  #OPINIONLEADERINDONESIA#  #OPINIONLEADER#
