FCA notified four "clone companies" that counterfeit FCA authorized companies

The British Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) pointed out: “In the UK, almost all companies and individuals engaged in financial services activities must be authorized or registered by us.” Recently, the regulator pointed out that it is named Ricketts Financial Services Ltd, Commercial Finance Brokers LTD, RFX Capital, Quantum Code entities have not been authorized or registered by the FCA, but have always used British people as investment solicitation targets, claiming to be a regulated company. FCA's official website marked it as a clone company. The names of these cloned companies, website domain names, and other information have some similarities with FCA licensing companies, which need to be carefully distinguished.

Identity theft is a typical fraud method of "clone company": fraudsters embezzle the actual existing authorized company information, such as company registration number (company registration number), address, email, etc., to gain credibility and even legitimacy. So as to persuade and attract investors.
