Embrace Openness: Make Trader Application Much Easier

Positive feedback has been received since the launch of the campaign named Apply for Trader; however, there are few thoughts received from users and have been deeply considered by FOLLOWME. We are glad to announce that the term and conditions for the campaign have been adjusted accordingly.

1. The requirements of Apply for Trader have been optimized. Account equity, energy, profit, and the brokers are no longer categorized as essential conditions, however the real-name verification is added.

Upgraded Trader Application Rules:

• The real-name verification is the first step needed when you apply for a trader, and the trading account should be under your name.
• The account that you are applying as a Trader Account is not allowed to have a subscription relationship or follow orders.
• For API accounts, the application will be accepted automatically after the real-name verification is completed.
• Users who have completed the verification do not need to re-verigy.
• When you apply for trader, the system will approve automatically if your account fulfills the requirements; However, failure to fulfill the requirements such as inconsistent information, FOLLOWME team will respond to you within 1 or 2 business days.

“Signal” List is upgraded since FOLLOWME needs to provide Capital Protection for subscribers. 

Upgraded “Signal” List Rules:

• Only the traders with verified brokers can set up the subscription fee. 
• The traders with verified brokers will have the privilege to be listed in the upgraded “Signal” List.
• The traders with unverified brokers are not entitled to enjoy the privilege above.
• The Verified Brokers.

(Real-name Verification Entrance) the real-name verification can be submitted when you apply for trader, or it can be directly verified through the APP/WEB Personal Setting.

2. The process of binding trading account in APP gets optimized.

Create a New Trading Account

• Click “New Trading Account”;
• Click “Create a new trading account”;
• Choose a broker, please note that if you choose an API broker, the account will bind with FOLLOWME automatically; if you choose other broker, manual binding is required.
• Create account in the redirected page.

Connect to an Existing Trading Account

• Click “Connect to an existing trading account”;
• Search for the name of your broker, once it matches, select the server to which the trading account belongs;
• Enter your MT4 account and password to bind;
• The process will take approximately 1 to 5 minutes, and you’ll receive a notification once it’s connected, so you do not have to wait in the current site.

3. Account Management in APP gets optimized.

• Account Management in APP is adjusted to focus on only one trading account;
• Other Accounts, Subscription, and Risk Control Setting are aggregated to the next level of the Current Trading Account.

4. “FollowCash” will be renamed to “FCOIN”

5. The location of Open/Close trade in one click is rearranged, “Trader’s Profit” is added to the filter of “Signal”.
