To provide excellent service to all users, we are planning to perform another system upgrade. The upgrade process will take around 17 hours, starting from May 29th at 9pm (GMT+0) to May 30th at 2pm (GMT+0).
During the upgrade , all pages of the website and all services of the app are suspended, which means you cannot register and log in, open and bind an account, subscribe, top up, exchange, like and comment, etc,.
Please report any issues you encounter during the upgrade to customer service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we promise to do our best to complete this task perfectly in the shortest time possible. Thanks for your understanding.
