个人外汇开户的地方有两个，国内的银行和国际外汇平台，个人外汇开户的时候要注意外汇平台的正规性，因为国内银行肯定都是正规合法的，不要担心，而外汇平台就不一定了，而且还无法受到国内监管机构的监管，风险性会更大；在找国际外汇平台的时候尽量找香港的，因为香港也是国内的，但有外汇平台的监管。
